I’ve been working at a company for almost a year now, but they haven’t given me an official offer letter. Sadly, I’m forced to resign immediately due to health issues. I explained everything to my manager, but he’s threatening to withhold my certificates and salary. He’s being really harsh, and I don’t know what to do. Any advice?

Your employer cannot withhold your certificates or salary, even without an offer letter. You have a right to your dues and certificates. Contact the labor department or file a complaint with the relevant authority to ensure you receive your rightful compensation and documents.
