I’ve been with my company for over 7 years, and they’ve moved me to a different role without getting my agreement. During my vacation, they changed the system records and informed everyone of my new position. I received two letters from them, one mentioning a promotion and the other without, but I never accepted either. My original appointment letter doesn’t say anything about being moved to another role without my consent. What are my options in this situation?
