I’ve been a teacher at a private school for 15 years and suddenly, just two weeks ago, the school chairman suspended me for alleged misconduct. This accusation is completely false and fabricated by the school manager. I want to challenge this decision in the school tribunal. How do I go about doing that? Can you offer some advice?

You have the right to appeal the suspension decision to the school tribunal. Contact the school’s legal counsel or review the school’s internal regulations for the process. Gather evidence to support your case, including any witnesses or documentation that contradicts the accusations.
