I’m facing a situation with my employer, the principal of a renowned private school in New Delhi. I’m considering filing a petition against them. Can I only file this petition at the Delhi School Tribunal in Timarpur, or are other options like the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) or the High Court available?
If the court decides in my favor, can I get my legal expenses reimbursed? Who would be responsible for paying these costs – the school, the principal, or someone else?
