I’m currently working as a Stenographer cum Clerk in a company. I filed a case to be considered for promotion as Office Manager. Now, there’s another promotion opportunity for Labour Welfare Officer. I meet all the requirements for both positions, including seniority and qualifications. Will my existing lawsuit for Office Manager affect my chances of getting the Labour Welfare Officer promotion? Do I need to withdraw my case before I can be considered for either promotion?
