You have a legal right to your outstanding November salary. You can send a legal notice to IWS India Ltd. demanding payment within a specified timeframe. If they fail to respond or pay, you can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or the relevant authority in Patna.

I reported to the HR Director about some unethical practices involving higher management, providing all the necessary evidence.
