I worked in the pharmaceutical industry, signing a two-year contract. After ten months, I resigned via email and left immediately. My salary was just ₹15,000, and the bond amount was ₹30,000, equivalent to two months’ pay. I quit due to harassment and pressure to engage in corrupt practices to get approvals from the food and drug department. I have evidence, including pictures of my travel expenses, approved by the company’s Managing Director. Additionally, they shifted my work to another department and forced me to handle tasks outside my role. I need guidance on how to proceed in this situation.
