You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner in Bangalore, seeking recovery of your unpaid salary. You can also file a civil suit in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover your dues. The Labour Commissioner has the authority to issue a notice to the company to pay your dues within a specified time frame.
