I worked for a cash management company for two years, joining on May 29, 2014 and leaving on May 22, 2016. I didn’t serve my notice period, but received my full and final settlement after three months. I filled out all required PF forms, like Form 19, and submitted the necessary documents. My manager assured me I’d receive my PF within 120 days, but it’s been four months and I haven’t received it yet. When I inquired with HR, they said the manager hadn’t sent my PF documents. Now, I’m considering legal action against the manager and the company. What should I do?

You can file a complaint with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) regarding the delay in your PF withdrawal. You can also issue a legal notice to the company demanding your PF amount within a stipulated time. If they fail to respond, you can pursue legal action in a labor court.
