It’s been over 7 months since I resigned, and I’m still waiting for my due payment. Can you please guide me on how to get my outstanding salary?

Under Indian law, your employer is legally obligated to pay you your outstanding salary for September 2016 to November 11th, 2016. You can approach the Labour Commissioner or file a claim in the Labour Court to recover your dues. It’s advisable to send a legal notice to your former employer demanding payment before initiating legal proceedings.
