I worked at a company where I earned around ₹2 lakhs per year. I followed all the procedures for resigning, providing a month’s notice as per my appointment letter, and receiving my relieving letter from HR. They assured me I’d get my full salary, but it’s been a year, and they’re not answering my calls. I filed a complaint with the police, but they only registered an NC and told me to go to court. I have all the necessary documents. What can I do?

You can file a civil suit in a court of competent jurisdiction for recovery of your dues. Since the police have registered an NC, you can use it as evidence in your lawsuit. You should also file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner, as they have the power to investigate and resolve such cases.
