I worked at a company for two years, but never received a formal joining or appointment letter. Three months after quitting, the owner and HR keep calling and pressuring me to work. I completed all my responsibilities before leaving and have a new job now. How can I stop them from harassing me?

While the lack of a formal letter might affect your employment benefits, it doesn’t negate your resignation. You can send a formal email stating your resignation is final and any further communication will be considered harassment. If they persist, you can consider legal recourse like a cease and desist letter or approaching the labor department.
