You can seek legal recourse to claim your bonus. If your employment contract or company policy states that you are entitled to the bonus, and you fulfilled the performance criteria, you have grounds to pursue legal action, even if you paid for the remaining notice period. Consult a lawyer to understand your specific rights and options.
