I worked as a General Manager in Pune for a company between August and January. Unfortunately, I had to resign due to some internal issues. I was relocated from Delhi for this role. I’ve been trying to get my pending dues from the company’s Managing Director and Senior Vice President, even sending them a legal notice from Delhi, but haven’t had any success. What can I do to recover my money?

You can file a suit for recovery of your dues in a court in Delhi, as that’s where the cause of action arose. You can also file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner in Pune, where you worked, to initiate conciliation proceedings.
