Indian law prohibits discrimination based on gender, so you can potentially sue the company for wrongful termination. However, suing the woman directly would be difficult as making false accusations is not always a legal offense. You can consult a lawyer to explore options like filing a complaint with the National Commission for Scheduled Castes/Tribes or the National Human Rights Commission.
