As per Indian law, judicial custody starts from the time the magistrate orders it. In your case, this was on May 20th, 11 AM. You were released on May 22nd, 5:20 PM. Therefore, the period between 11 AM on May 20th and 5:20 PM on May 22nd would be considered judicial custody for the purpose of suspension.
