I was hired as a Bank Mitra worker by Zero Mass Foundation, a private company in Maharashtra and a Business Correspondent of State Bank of India, in West Bengal. The circle head, ABC, collected my signature on blank documents and took Rs. 1.5 lakh from me without providing any receipt. He later refused to give me copies of these papers. After 18 months, I received a termination letter dated July 2, 2015, ending my employment agreement without any justifiable reason. I need advice on how to obtain my documents and how to rejoin my work with Zero Mass Foundation.

You can file a complaint with the police in West Bengal regarding the fraud committed by the circle head. Additionally, you can file a civil suit for the recovery of your documents and the money taken from you. Rejoining Zero Mass Foundation is unlikely unless they offer you a new employment contract as the termination letter ends your previous agreement.
