I was a Divisional Manager in HR and resigned on August 13th, 2015. After completing all necessary processes, I was relieved on August 31st. Despite sending multiple emails requesting my final settlement amount of around ₹2.5 lakhs, I haven’t received any response from the management. What legal options do I have to recover my dues?

You can pursue legal action to recover your dues. You can file a claim with the Labour Court within two months of the date your employment ended. Alternatively, you can file a civil suit in the appropriate court for recovery of your dues, along with interest and compensation for delay.
