You have a strong case for wrongful termination and non-payment of wages. You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or file a lawsuit in the appropriate court demanding your salary, compensation for wrongful termination, and damages. You should also gather evidence like your pay slips, bank statements, and witness statements to support your claim.
