Your employer’s actions are illegal. They cannot withhold your wages without valid reason and their accusation of theft is baseless. You should consult a lawyer to respond to the legal notice and file a complaint against your former employer for wage theft and defamation. You should also gather evidence of the unpaid wages and excessive workload to strengthen your case.
