Whether you are entitled to a bonus depends on your employment contract and company policy. If your contract or company policy guarantees a bonus, you can claim it. You can consult a lawyer to understand your rights and explore legal options for claiming your bonus. Since your colleague was also denied a bonus, you can consider filing a joint complaint with the labor department.
