I signed a two-year contract with an IT company in India. They promised a salary of ₹2 lakhs plus a 25% interest. They also said they’d pay ₹15,000 per month during training. However, they only trained us for three weeks before asking us to start working. I’ve been with them for two months now and want to leave. What should I do?

You can legally resign from the contract, however, the “25% interest” on your salary is unclear and may not be legally binding. You may have to pay any applicable penalties stipulated in your contract for early termination. It’s advisable to consult with a lawyer to understand your rights and obligations before resigning.
