While your offer letter mentions confidentiality, the lack of a signed non-disclosure agreement or employment bond makes the two-year non-compete clause in your relieving letter legally unenforceable under Indian law. However, disclosing confidential company information could still lead to legal action, regardless of the non-compete clause.
