You may have grounds to challenge the termination as it appears to be influenced by an undisclosed commission arrangement and possibly violates the principle of fair play. You can approach the Labour Court or file a complaint with the concerned authorities like the Ministry of Labour and Employment. Consulting a lawyer specializing in labor law is recommended for specific advice and legal representation.
