I recently got my car serviced at Mahindra First Choice in Coimbatore, and it’s been a nightmare! They’ve damaged the airbag mechanism, messed up the steering controls, and used fake parts (PANARA) claiming they were from Mahindra’s own hub. The car is now riddled with issues, and I’ve been forced to visit the service center multiple times. They even delivered it back half-wet, creating a foul odor. It took them 15 days to “service” the car, and now I’m back to square one. The service manager, Mr. Dhinesh, was incredibly rude, and the customer care team hasn’t responded to my complaints after two days. What can I do to get this resolved?

You can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You can also lodge a complaint with the Motor Vehicles Department against Mahindra First Choice for using fake parts and providing negligent service.
