You can send the legal notice from Bangalore as it’s your place of residence. You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner in either Nagpur or Hyderabad, as the company has offices in both cities. However, it’s advisable to file in the city where you last worked (Nagpur) as it’s likely to have jurisdiction.
