I joined [Company Name] on 1st January 2015 as an ASP.NET Project Trainee. During this period, I submitted original copies of my documents to the office. I’d like to request the return of these documents as soon as possible. Due to illness in March 2015, I was allowed to work from home. Later, I informed the company that I couldn’t continue the project due to my health. You agreed and confirmed the return of my documents within 2-3 months. However, I haven’t received them yet.

Under Indian law, you have the right to request the return of your original documents upon termination of your employment. As you were unable to continue due to health reasons and the company agreed to return your documents, they are legally obligated to do so. You can send a formal written request for the return of your documents, citing the company’s agreement.
