I joined as an RPF Constable on 1st November 2014. After completing my initial training, during practical training, I was falsely accused under IPC 354 and POCSO Act sections 11(1) and 12. I was arrested on 29th October 2015 and got bail on 16th November 2015. Even though my case was still pending in court, I was discharged on 19th May 2016. Finally, on 4th January 2017, the court acquitted me due to benefit of doubt. Can I get my job back now? Please guide me.

Based on Indian laws, you are eligible to apply for reinstatement as your acquittal by the court removes the legal bar to your service. However, the final decision rests with the Railway Protection Force, who will consider the details of your case and conduct a departmental inquiry.
