I joined an IT company in November 2015. After two months of training, I was designated as a team leader. They had a 95% passing score for the training exam, but I only scored 80%. Now, they’re asking me to resign because I didn’t pass. However, my appointment letter doesn’t mention this 95% requirement. I haven’t resigned and told them they can terminate me. What legal options do I have in this situation?

You have the right to challenge their termination as it seems unjustified. Since your appointment letter doesn’t specify the 95% passing requirement, the company cannot use it as grounds for termination. You can consult a lawyer to explore options like claiming wrongful termination or seeking compensation for breach of contract.
