I joined an e-commerce company in June 2015 and left in June 2016. Despite sending numerous emails, they refused my salary claiming I didn’t provide notice. After several more emails, they finally paid my salary but withheld three months of mobile bills and my bonus. Are there any ways I can get these payments and also file a case for the mental harassment I experienced? Please advise.

Under Indian law, you can file a claim for unpaid salary and bonus, as well as for mental harassment. The company cannot withhold your salary for not providing notice unless there is a valid contractual clause stating so. You can file a complaint with the labor commissioner or approach a lawyer to file a civil suit for recovery of your dues and compensation for mental harassment.
