I joined a company without a notice period clause in my contract. After leaving for a new job, they refused to give me a relieving letter and accused me of being dishonest, even deducting my salary. What legal options do I have against them?

You can file a claim for wrongful deduction of salary and seek a relieving letter. Since there’s no notice period clause, you were not legally obligated to serve a notice period. You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or approach a civil court for redress.
