Under Indian law, you are not entitled to full salary during your injured period. The compensation amount is calculated based on the loss of earning capacity, the relevant factor, and your monthly salary. Based on your details, the calculated compensation of Rs. 1,75,000 seems accurate. The total compensation would be Rs. 1,75,000 plus your salary for the period you were unable to work (July and August 2015).
