Based on your training program completion, you have a right to receive your confirmation letter. You can approach your management and reiterate the importance of this letter for your future planning and ask for an update on the status of police and document verification. You can also explore sending a formal letter or email requesting the confirmation letter and raising your concerns regarding the delay.
