Good day sir, I have a few questions about the two-child policy for government jobs in India.
1. Which states in India do not enforce a two-child policy for government service?
2. What is the current situation regarding this policy in Rajasthan?
3. If I have three children already registered with Aadhaar and apply for a government job in Rajasthan, what will be the outcome?
4. What are the legal consequences if someone joins a government job in India with more than two children?

Currently, no Indian state enforces a two-child policy for government jobs. Rajasthan repealed its two-child policy in 2021. Therefore, having three children will not affect your application for a government job in Rajasthan. If you are employed in a state that implements a two-child policy, you may face disciplinary action or termination, but this policy is not currently in effect in any Indian state.
