However, to my surprise, I was abruptly terminated on the 19th, accused of poor performance. This termination happened despite the company’s own agreement requiring them to provide a month’s notice or pay. They refused to let me discuss the situation, demanding an immediate resignation. When I refused, they terminated me. They also unfairly deducted my entire tax from my salary, despite me providing details of my investments, promising to issue a Form 16 later. The timing of this termination was particularly devastating, as I was scheduled for knee surgery on the 23rd. The company was aware of my situation, yet they terminated me before I could utilize their insurance. The sudden loss of income meant I couldn’t afford the surgery and had to cancel it. I feel this was an incredibly unfair act, and I’m seeking legal advice. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to appeal the decision, but I received a legal notice accusing me of harassment. I’m now seeking expert advice on my options. What are my chances of successfully challenging their actions in a court of law? Are there any legal professionals in Bangalore who could take up my case? I’ve also heard about filing a writ in the High Court. Any guidance on these options would be greatly appreciated.

My company has offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Karnal. We haven’t received our full and final settlements after leaving, and our current salaries are also being withheld.
