As a teacher in a Kendriya Vidyalaya, I’ve been facing a difficult situation. My supervisor often belittles us in meetings, calling us incapable. Even after reporting his behaviour to the department, he was cleared due to some influence. To add insult to injury, he took a picture of me without my permission. I’m deeply troubled by this. Can I record his disrespectful language to prove his actions? What other steps can I take to address this situation?
