A US client sent an IP phone, bought with his own money, to Amar, who had filed a police complaint (FIR). Bharat and Charan then joined Amar’s work. After a year, the client decided to work directly with Bharat and Charan. Without telling Amar, they took the IP phone and started their own venture. A few weeks later, Amar filed another FIR against Bharat and Charan. Now Bharat and Charan have received calls from the police. What should they do?
