My wife recently gave birth, and I’m trying to file a maternity claim with Vidal Health TPA through India Insure. However, they’re saying my wife isn’t registered as a dependent, so I can’t claim for her or our newborn. We submitted her details to HCL’s internal portal, but due to a technical glitch, they weren’t forwarded to India Insure. What can I do to get this sorted and file my claim?

Request them to rectify the issue and ensure her details are forwarded to India Insure. Once confirmed, you can then approach Vidal Health TPA again with the updated information and proceed with your maternity claim.
