My health insurance claim with HCL Technologies, submitted in July 2016, is still pending. It’s been over 7 months, and I haven’t received the settlement amount. Both HCL and the insurer keep saying it’s “under process”. IRDA wants the policy’s cover note to proceed, but neither company is providing it. What should I do next?
