To get married in Italy, you’ll need to provide your passport, birth certificate, and a document from the Indian embassy confirming your marital status. After marriage, you can apply for a dependent visa in the UK, which allows you to live and work there while your fiancé studies. As a non-EU citizen, you’ll be considered international, and the visa application fee is £152.
