Based on your father’s birth in India and his high school certificate from Patna, you may be eligible for Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) status. You can apply for an OCI card through the Indian Embassy in Bangladesh, which would grant you several privileges, including visa-free entry to India and the right to live and work there.
