We are a Hindu family, and my grandmother passed away in 1980, followed by my grandfather in 2000. My father had four brothers and a sister, two of whom passed away without children. The family home was jointly owned by my father and his surviving brother. My father and his brother both live in another town, while I live on the ground floor and my aunt on the first floor. Can my aunt claim a share in the house?
