My two brothers and I own 40 acres of land, along with some vehicles. But most of the land is registered in my eldest brother’s and his son’s names. Our father had registered 12 acres in my elder brother’s name because he managed the farming. Now, if the property is divided, will I get a fair share? My parents own the rest of the land. Will we all three brothers get an equal division?
