You can file a complaint with the police under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code for cruelty by in-laws and Section 506 for criminal intimidation. You can also file a civil suit for harassment and mental distress. You should consult a lawyer immediately for legal advice and assistance in filing these complaints.
