Your mother can file a complaint with the police under Section 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code for defamation and criminal intimidation. She can also file a civil lawsuit for damages against her sisters. It is advisable to contact a lawyer to discuss her legal options and obtain proper legal assistance.
