My grandfather gifted two properties to my mother. He wanted her daughters to inherit them after she passed. However, I believe the property will come to my father. If my mother creates a will naming her daughters as beneficiaries, will they inherit the properties directly after she passes away?

Under Indian law, your mother has the right to create a will and designate her daughters as beneficiaries of the properties she inherited. If the will is valid and duly executed, your daughters will inherit the properties directly upon her death, irrespective of your father’s claims.
