My father, the eldest son in a family of three brothers and four sisters, passed away. His will, and that of our grandfather, left us 40% of a commercial complex he built. My uncle, who received 30%, has been managing the property and sending us inconsistent rent payments. We’ve also learned he leased the first floor without our knowledge. I’m now old enough to understand the situation and need help resolving this complex inheritance issue.
