My dad lives in Gujarat and visits our Mumbai home only once a month. He’s been doing some strange things, like putting a woman’s hair and teeth in a cupboard drawer. I dispose of it all in the sea, but it’s causing a lot of stress. The house was in my mom’s name, and she nominated me as the owner. Now, the society has transferred the property to my name. However, she didn’t make a will, just a nomination. I want to stop my father from coming to the house and need a court order. Can someone give me an idea of the court and lawyer fees? I don’t have any evidence now because I threw it all away, but I’m looking for approximate costs.
