Given the emotional and physical abuse, you should prioritize your safety and your daughter’s well-being. Filing a case against your husband for divorce with a claim for alimony and child support is advisable, as you have grounds under Indian law and deserve protection and financial support. Consult a lawyer to understand your rights and options.
