Since the settlement is finalized and both parties consented to the divorce, the court’s order should be sufficient for the decree. Your wife’s refusal to appear may delay the process, but it shouldn’t prevent the divorce. Consult a lawyer to explore options for moving forward with the decree based on the court’s order and the finalized settlement.
